Current site behaviour · Updated 18 October 2026
Your basket
The site stores selected product IDs, sizes, colours and quantities in your browser’s local storage under valdito-basket-v2. This keeps your basket available when you reload or move between pages. Clearing site data in your browser removes that saved basket.
Checkout and newsletter fields
Checkout details are used in the page for the demonstration flow. The site does not submit those fields to an order service or save them in local storage. Newsletter submission displays a local confirmation and resets the field; it does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Hosting and fonts
Your browser requests pages and images from the site host and fonts from Fontshare. Those services receive ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details. Their own privacy practices govern any logs they retain.
Questions and future changes
The operating company’s privacy contact and retention arrangements for a future live service have not yet been supplied. They must be added before customer enquiries, accounts, analytics or real orders are enabled. This page describes the current implementation rather than a future service.
