30-day returns
The proposed returns window is 30 days for unused products in their original packaging. Keep labels, accessories and packaging together while checking your items.
Before requesting a return
- Find the product name, SKU and order reference.
- Note the size and colour, and whether you need a different fit.
- Describe the reason for the return. For a damaged item, keep photographs of the item and packaging.
Return arrangements
Contact support before posting anything back. A return address, postage arrangements and refund timings have not yet been published. This storefront does not currently process real orders or returns.
